We understand that travel delays can happen. If your flight is delayed or canceled, here’s what you should do:

2. Late Arrivals:
   If you’ll be arriving late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you or help you catch up with the group (if possible).

3. Missed Departure:
   If your delay causes you to miss the trip entirely, we’ll work with you to:

   • Reschedule for another date, or

   • Offer a partial refund or credit, depending on our cancellation/rescheduling policy
